Profiling refers to tracking a customer's actions within an Internet Web site in an effort to gain access to personal information about every individual using the site. We strongly feel that this practice is a serious invasion of your personal privacy. At Shop Sex Canada Sex Shop we do not use profiling in any way. We respect your privacy in two ways: 1) Customer names are never sold! There is no exception to this rule! We will never allow your name to be sold or released to any other company. We understand completely your right to privacy. 2) All orders are shipped in plain unmarked outer packaging so that the contents are completely undetectable. The return label will not mention anything referring to adult content, so that no one will ever know the contents of your shipment. However, we respond to subpoenas, warrants or other court orders regarding information that is contained within our access logs concerning any member or visitor. We also reserve the right to release that information concerning a member who we believe is in violation of our content guidelines, even without a subpoena, warrant, or other court order. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any illegal activity to law enforcement for prosecution.
